Jordan Lee
Product manager who turns messy data into features people use
About
Six years shipping B2B products, from logistics dashboards to patient-facing apps. I'm happiest in the space between engineering, design and the customer, and I'm looking for a senior PM role on a small, fast team.
Transcript
Hi, I'm Jordan. I'm a product manager in Austin, and this is the short version of my story. I studied industrial engineering, which is really the study of how messy systems can work better. At Brightpath Health I owned appointment booking for forty clinics, and our reminder tests cut no-shows by twenty-two percent. Now I lead product at Northwind Logistics. We rebuilt the dispatcher dashboard and shipped delivery predictions that twelve hundred carriers use. Next, I want to do that again on a small team that moves fast and listens to its users.
