Hi, I'm Ben Pappas. I'm an FP&A analyst based in Arlington, Virginia, and here's how my career has come together so far. I went to school at the University of Michigan before starting my career in finance. My first FP&A role was at Station Casinos. I consolidated financials from seven casino properties into a daily report executive leadership used to track performance. At MGM Resorts I was a senior analyst. I worked with leaders like the Poker Director to decide which tournaments to host and when. Now I'm at Venture Global, bringing forecasts and budgets from across our operations into the company-wide plan, and building dashboards in SAP Analytics Cloud. I'm focused on corporate forecasting, and on the side I'm building Reel Resume, a better way for people to get jobs.
